It all started like this………..

Hubby – Darling, what would you like for your birthday?

Me – Hm not sure but some nice nautical themed costume jewellery that I could keep on the boat would be nice

Hubby – lovely idea, I will have a look

2 weeks later and a bemused and harassed hubby looks up from his iPad and asks if Google could be wrong. When asked why, he says he has tried every word permutation but cannot find any nice nautical jewellery in this country. It was all based in the US or China and with my birthday just a week away he was worried that it might not get here in time. So I took over the search.

He was right, there was no company in this country providing exactly what I wanted. So we swallowed the postage and customs duty and ordered from the US.

The lovely rope necklace and matching bracelet finally arrived 2 weeks later (not in time for my birthday) only for my husband to comment ” well with all due respect I could put a few knots in a bit of rope and make money from it”

An idea and KNOTICAL BUT NICE  was born………………………..

Delivery and Returns

Your Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class . For overseas customers , please contact us for your countries costs .

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Postage  fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Special care is taken with fragile objects as our items are well-protected and sent out in padded envelopes

Returns & Refunds

Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us if it proves otherwise. We will replace it or refund your purchase price plus postage as you wish. We do not want you to have anything from Knotical But Nice  that is not completely satisfactory.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Please contact us before retuning an item with the reason and whether you wish for the item to be exchanged or if you require a full refund
  • Please note: goods bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have your returned item and inform you on the status of your refund.

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
